House Location
Cravens Manor is off the A12/A145 about 3 miles north of Blythburgh and 5 miles from Southwold. O/S Map 43, Reference 672438. Detailed directions will be sent once you book.

Bookings
Twenty-five percent of the rental cost is payable on a booking being accepted, with the balance due one week before arrival. If you cancel, the deposit will be returned up till a month before your arrival date. After that all monies paid will be retained unless the house is rebooked in the meantime.

Arrival and Departure
Full week holidays run from Saturday to Saturday; weekends from Friday to Monday. The house will be ready for you to take over at 3 pm on your start day, unless otherwise agreed. Please don’t arrive early: time is needed to clean thoroughly between visits. You should leave by 10 am on the morning of departure, leaving the house clean and tidy.

Linen
All bedlinen and tea towels are provided. You need to bring your own hand and bath towels.

Heating
All heating is included in the price, i.e. oil-fired central heating and logs for the open fire in the T.V. room.

Restrictions
We do not accept pets, and the house is a no-smoking zone. We find visitors usually accept the benefits that come from this.

Shops
There are many good local shops selling fresh produce. There is a good Morrisons supermarket about 7 miles away. Many visitors order from Tesco.com

We can arrange cleaning during your stay, in-house catering and babysitting.

Equipment - Microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, auto washing machine, tumble drier, 2TV's, DVD, Video. Phone for incoming & local/emergency outgoing calls. Cot and high-chair.
